CCR Hang Random Location ?

Today, we encountered a strange issue at Bangladesh Time 5:35AM. Two of our CCRs and eight of our friend network CCRs were not working as intended.CCR was only accessible via mac during that time, There should not be any co-incidents.
Reboot fixed all of them, its my bad, I forgot to create supout.

Did anyone experience this problem today?

CCR version was
7.10.2
6.49.11
6.49.10
6.49.8

Could you describe more what “not working as intended” means?
No access … we know … but what other symptoms? No routing? No forwarding? Any logs?

When I accessed the router, both sfp were up. There was no working p2p connectivity from the LAN or the WAN.
