CCR hotspot crashing all ROS web services

Hello community,

During last month we are seeing strange behaviour on some of our sites running CCR1009 and hotspot.

Following scenario:

All works fine but then hotspot will completely stops redirecting and users gets "no internet connection".
When this occurs one random core constantly hits 100% load but profiling wont show anything.

Only reboot solves the issue, but within 24 hours issue is back. I believe that some service is stuck or something wrong within ROS.
to backup my theory when I try to enable ip-service: www -> it will fail with long timeout and message --std failure: timeout (13)

version 7.14.3 or 7.19.4 same bahaviour.
What might be related is that we are using Lets encrypt for SSL cert and they started using RSA4096 as defualt. we tried their 2048 prime256v1 issue appeared as well.
We have hundreds of sites not impacted and only one handful of the ones impacted are appearing.
we tried with replacement HW (also 1009 we didnt try ARM64 architecture)

any ideas ?

The same issue also occurs on the CCR-2004-16G-2S+ and several RouterOS devices based on the ARM architecture.

I also have this problem on CCR2004-16G-2S+
Please let me know if you find a solution.

Did anyone bother to create a ticket ?

This is a user to user forum.
If you really want attention from Mikrotik staff, you should create a support ticket.

Well it was the first thing I did.

Happily sitting there since 25.8. With 2x supout and numerous bumps with no answer.

The more that do, the more chance you have it gets being looked at.
