I have a few CCR1036-12G-4S and a CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+ that have 2-3 Ethernet ports that are not working. I am interested in hearing from people who have had the same issues.
On some of my applications I don’t need very many ports so technically the dead ports are not impacting me.
Do you normally see other ports start to fail until its pretty much a paperweight or is it typically the defective ones fail and the remaining ones tend to do fine? My curiosity is if I should expect this to continue to degrade and spread to other ports or if they should be OK to keep in operation. I am interested to hear about your experiences. Thanks!
