We have a CCR1009 that keeps loosing our system credentials and reverts to default user only. I swapped the unit for a backup unit after several tries at adding a user failed and returned to default only. The new unit held new user credentials for a couple of weeks but now is reverting to default user only. Any one else having this problem?
Also backup no longer works. Message is: Couldn’t make backup - action failed (6)
OS is 6.39.2
