I saw Tile-GX 8036 Data Sheet and it’s possible to build CCR with 4x10GB Fiber (connect to Network I/O) + 16x1GB Ethernet (connect to 16 lanes PCIe).
Will MT make it happen?
It will be great to have 40Gbps fiber channel together with 16Gbps ethernet 
using tile gx 36 core
i think the 4 10g ports its viable because it has the mPipe to accelerate it
adding more ports via pci express will be slow because they will be by software
the device you dream will be possible with tilegx 72 core cpu because it has the resources for 4 10g interfaces and 16 1g interfaces all accelerated by hardware
