CCR1009-7G Cannot upgrade to stable 6.43.11 from 6.43.4

Dear Sirs,
I’ve upgraded successfully other RB but a CCR1009-7G cannot upgrade to stable 6.43.11 from 6.43.4.
It finds the latest version, Download and install start, it reboot and nothing in log, neither change in the check for updates.
Routerboard firmware is 6.43.4.
Can you please say me how to upgrade?
Thanks, BR

Are there any packages listed twice on /system packages print output? If yes, then ROS can not be upgraded until this problem is resolved (and usually resolution is to netinstall the device).

The command reuturn an error:

From graphical package list no duplicate is shown.

What can be the cause of this beahvior?

Is there any entry in log regarding upgrade? Usually there are a few right before and right after the reboot message.

Look in the Files section and remove any crud that is there (backups, packages, supouts etc etc).
There should normally be only the two folders “pub” and “skins” there, both empty unless you have put something there on purpose.

Then check if there is space on the disk. Do the “download” of the new version in the system packages update screen, but do not use download&install.
Then check the files section again. Are the packages there, and is there still some space?
Then you can reboot to try to install them.

Thanks for help, the problem was the free space missing.
Have a nice day
