i want purchase CCR1009-8G-1S-1Splus with S+85DLC03D sfp+ modules so i want know can i establish 10gb uplink with this module and sfp+ port with my upstream switch ?
my upstream switch is sfp+ and support 10gb also and its multimode,

As long as you’re within the 300m distance limitation, yes. No reason why it won’t work.

yes my distance is under 300m it is around 20-30m .
because i do not see anywhere in the datasheet that mention it supports 10gb

Clearly states 8 x 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports, 1 x SFP ports, and 1 x SFP+ ports (SFP+ = 10G)

Clearly states it’s a SFP+ module (10G), and it supports 10Gbps.
Not sure which datasheets you are looking at 
Look at the speed numbers, at the bottom of the product page (https://mikrotik.com/product/CCR1009-8G-1S-1Splus). This unit does 10Gb/s (11Gb/s, truth be told), but only using fastpath, bridging or using simple queues. With 25 IP rules they say it does about 8Gb/s. If you want this to do anything beyond pure routing (no BGP or whatnot), it will not do.
Do you plan on using the full speed of the 10 Gb/s link?
