hi, thank you for your opinion. The moment i saw the package broken it was 6.40. Later i upgraded it to 6.42.Aside, i saw port goes down so i changed the port. But now sometimes when i open my new version of winbox and monitor the interfaces i observed a hang situation for couple of seconds. There no Tx or Rx bit movements. So, i’m wondering if i had to change the CCR or not. Expecting your feedback.

No !!! There is no need to change CCR
Little bit troubleshooting follow the step
ping CCR and check there is a RTO or not and MS also
Please let me know more details of your Network to understand the problem
