CCR1009-8G-1S hang up when restore backup file

I face problem when I want to restore my CCR1009-8G-1S with old backup file from Winbox under menu “File” the router will hang up and not restart. Then I need to ask some one to turn off by un-plug the power and turn it on again which not convenience for me because I do it remotely (about 100 km from my home). My router running with ROS V 6.19.

I did it with other router like RB1100 or RB2011 or RB450G it work fine and back on operation. For all my router now I run them with ROS 6.19.

Do any one face with this problem and any suggestion to solve this problem? It not a big problem but it annoyed me when I will do it because I need to make sure that my officer is there and ready to help me if the problem happen.

That’s interesting. I’ve done this several time on CCR1036 and on RB915, no issues. On the CCR I’ve done it only through the command line interface, I don’t know if it makes any difference.

That the one I need to try with command line interface instead of do it from Winbox. When go to remote site will try it.
