CCR1009 ether1-4 keeps dropping to 0 bytes / 0 packets

Watching one of my routers, I see ether1, ether2, ether3, & ether4 drop to nothing. Both in Tx & Rx for both Bytes and Packets.

ether5, ether6, ether7 & ether8 don’t experience this same drop.

So my thought is this must be a bad switch chip? This is a brand new router. Should I try to RMA it?

I also have 1 more CCR1009 with nearly identical config. As well as two other CCR1016’s with nearly identical configs.
None of these 3 experience these drops.

We have the CCR 1009 as In Router
The CCR 1016 as Accessconcentrator and

the 2011 Board as Backbone Router with a EoIP Tunnel to another AC

All are at 6.29.1
