I start to configure a new CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+. Started WinBox add new admin password and try to Download&Install new RuterOS (installed 6.47.10) e.g. 6.49.13. It is not possible I receive Download&Install Error - not permitted (9). Similar error if from WinBox I start New Terminal e.g. Terminal <1> - not permitted (9). User admin is in group admin. There is an user System in group full but I have not password of it. It is not possible to change admin group to full.
Please advice.
