CCR1009 temperature "issue" cause reboot.

I have a CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+PC - https://mikrotik.com/product/CCR1009-8G-1S-1SplusPC that is overheating and rebooting with the following in the log: “Number of temperature exceptions: 122”
I saw this post - https://www.reddit.com/r/mikrotik/comments/e2xxa0/ccr1036_overheating_anything_i_can_do/
and from the photos, it seems C1442 and C1443 capacitors are bulging at the top.
Also read on the Mikrotik forums that people has these issues with C1442 and C1443 capacitors and having these rebooting issues as well - http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/ccr1036-temperature-issue-cause-reboot/140840/1
I just opened up this CCR1009 unit and I noticed C1442 and C1443 capacitors are bulging as well, so it can be surmised that C1442 and C1443 are in charge of the temperature monitoring of the CCR.
I notice a C1617 capacitor on the CCR1009 bulging as well, though no idea what this capacitor does.

C1617 bulging

C1442 and C1443 bulging

“so it can be surmised that C1442 and C1443 are in charge of the temperature monitoring of the CCR.”
Capacitors block DC, let AC pass and store energy. They would not be able to be in charge of temperature monitoring. Capacitors of that size are electrolytic (contain a paste) and if they are operated close to their tolerance (voltage or temperature) the electrolyte expands and the capacitor can fail.

Thanks for correcting me and explaining more on how a capacitor works
