Hi guys, this is a weird one.
I have a MikroTik RouterBOARD CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+ with a DA00003 cable between its SFPplus port and one of the S+ port on the CRS317 running ROS mode. It has always worked at 1GB no problem, but we need it to now work at 10GB. The CCR does not have 10G option in auto as an offer but you can set it manually.
If I set both the CRS and the CCR to manual 10G the CCR does not see the link up. To get the link up the CRS is set to Auto and the CCR is set to manual 10G FD. Both ends then report 10G Is this expected and can I rely on it to be stable? I see no errors and throughput is over 1G but concerned that I’ve bodged it to make it work!
CRS is 6.44.5 and CCR is 6.40.8
