hi,
since yesterday our mikrotik cloud core router CCr1016 12G with OS6.40.5 dont boot anymore.
The display shows “starting kernel” forever and nothing more happen.
I cant access the router via winbox.
I tried to disconnect the power and also resetting doesnt change anyhting.
The display still shows “starting kernel”…
After reconnect the power i hear the fan and the power lamp have light too.
What can i do to get the router back to normal work? Is this a hardware failure?
