When CCR1016-12G is updated to v6.40.4 which is connected to CRS125-24G-1S (v6.40.4) link start to glitch with chunks of packet loss;
tried connect CCR to some zyxel switch and the same glitch happens;
tried to downgrade to bugfix v6.38.7 the same glitch happens;
when CCR downgraded to v6.37.1 link is stable!
What could be wrong? Anyone else experiencing the same problem?
Searching forum found only this, but with no solution:

I am currently experiencing a similar issue.
i currently have two CCR1016-12S-1S+ ; one on Firmware 6.40.4 and one on 6.39.1.
These are connected via 0.5m ]ethernet using two SFP Modules - S-RJ01.
Pinging across this on a /30 i have random amounts of packet loss in both directions.
I have confirmed port negotiations are correct and i have also forced the port negotiation at 1GB.
There is no status errors on the interfaces.
I have changed both SFP modules numerous times and i have changed the cable just for comepleteness.
I have downgraded both firmwares to 6.37.1 on both devices after reading the previous post, this has reduced the amount of loss i am seeing but it hasn’t completely solved the issue.
I still see around 4 packets lost in around 800, i could understand this loss across a wireless link but not a 0.5m wired link.
This is currently a lab setup as i am testing a multi area OSPF configuration. One of the CCR1016-12S-1S+ is currently set as an ABR. The /30 i am using that currently has loss is in area0.
I have also tested ARP Ping across this link and also see loss here.
