CCR1016-12S-1S+ 10G port doesn’t work with RJ45 SFP Coper Module.

Hi MikroTik Experts,
I just bought a CCR1016-12S-1S+ but it’s 10G port doesn’t work with RJ45 SFP Coper Module comes with it. I disabled auto negotiations & set it to 1G but no luck. Is it manufacture defect or 10G port doesn’t work with 1G sfp module on this specific CCR? Please suggest me should I change the CCR or anything else.
