CCR1016-12S-1S+ Locked out?

Hey All,

Having a problem with a CCR1016-12S-1S+.
Basically the Router itself is working fine, it just keeps locking me out of the Router.
Cannot Telnet, Winbox, Web or SSH into it.

If I reboot it, I am able to login for a day or two before it again just locks me out.
Does anyone know where I could start to find out what the issue is?
Anyone experienced this?

Isn’t the user name and password reverted to default? Netinstall should solve it. Or maybe some dynamic firewall rule can put your ip to drop list, if you have something like this implemented.
