CCR1016 - no pulls all BGP sessions

Hello i have simple network infrastructure
one CCR1016 (alpha) with 3 x eBGP sessions
and another (beta) with 1 x eBGP session

and both combined to iBGP with public ASN

alpha and beta load full prefixes from eBGP peers
beta get all prefixes from alpha
when alpha getting some prefixes sometimes 30-50% suddenly begins to lose and remains at approximately 60

in Instances
Name - my iBGP
AS - my public ASN from RIPE
(checked) Redistribute Other BGP

in Peers
instance - my iBGP
Remote Address - alpha or beta
Remote AS - my public ASN from RIPE
nexthop choise - default
hold time - 180
ttl - default
in filter - my-ibgp-in
out filter - my-ibgp-out
default originate - default

filters accept, set distance and bgp local pref

where is the problem ?

Turn on Client-to-Client Reflection under the default BGP instance on each on the routers.

If you’re getting full BGP routing tables on both routers… than, it’s the Local Preference attribute that will determine which routes will be preferred and eventually enter the local routing table of each router. So, frankly I’m a bit confused…
