We have a CCR1036-12G-4S with 4 Mikrotik S-85DLC05D SFP transceivers and various gbit ports used. The ROS is 6.22 with Firmware 3.19.
Random (in production) ports will switch to 10mbit/half without any good reason (no log entries). The interesting part is that even a port with nothing connected to it will show enabled all the sudden (showing 1gbit/full). The only way to get the port back to “normal” is to reboot the router. Yesterday, all ports locked up in 10mbit/half mode and stopped doing traffic, however the SFP ports continued to work and do traffic. Please note that I have already reset the CCR to factory defaults and changed the cables. I have other CCR1036-12G-4S routers without SFP transceivers and they don’t seem to have this issue. I don’t have the luxury to easily take out the SFP transceivers on the unit in question, since it’s a production router, relying on the fiber links.
Any idea what’s going on here… anybody else seeing this?
