CCR1036 -12G-4S not starting after reboot.

Hi all. I have very strange problem with CCR1036-12G-4G (1 PSU MODEL) , it is not starting after reboot command. It is just black LCD screen, only full power cycle is making ing booting again. At the moment I have upgraded it to ROS 7.6 and also firmware is upgraded to latest available. Also I have replaced electrolytic capacitors in PSU. Any ideas any help?

Resolution: Faulty electrolytic capacitors on motherboard, After replacement all is working as should.

These are getting a bit old by now. The capacitors are probably going end of life.
