CCR1036-12G-4S SFP Problem.

Hello,
I have this router with MikroTik S-3553LC20D pairs, i put the SFP blue one in the router and in the other site i have the yellow one in a Meridian MS8GT4GX4. When the fiber is connected i see ALL OF THE 4 SFP LIGHTS ON BUT NOT FLASHING and there is ONLY ONE SPF MODULE plugged in the mikrotik and i don’t have connection between them. In the Winbox i see the interface registered but i only see TX traffic. I try with others sfp modules and it’s always the same. I’m thinking maybe it’s a hardware problem with this router but when i test this with otrer mikrotik device work fine only ALL OF THE 4 SFP LIGHTS ON but flashing.

This Meridian MS8GT4GX4 Works fine with other devices…

The led’s problem, like a beginner… System Led’s… but still the problem with the connectivity… only TX… link up… nothing more…

Please try out the follwowing, disabling auto-negotiation the sfp and it should work,
ok it is not nice but it works!

I have this router with MikroTik S-3553LC20D

This is using LC connector, T1310nm/R1550nm, which works for connections
up to 20km and supports DDM.

Is the other side (Meridian MS8GT4GX4) also supporting this? (T1310nm/R1550nm)
Or only plain Sx or Lx standards!?

Did you perhaps created a network loop?
Please try it with only one SFP modul.

I only try in the my site…

Solution.

I make a factory defaults and just later start to work fine.
