CCR1036-12G-4S unable to boot

Hello
we are using CCR1036-12G-4S one the device was not booting lcd screen show load from kernel
and device was hang we try to install with netinstall but netinstall also cant find device
we use both procedure for netinstall console and Ethernet but still cant fix then we contact to our local distributor
he said he also cant fix this error what can we do now ? (Device warranty was Expire also )

Try to:

1. Power your device off;
2. Press and hold reset button;
3. Power device on;
4. Hold reset button pressed for 1-2 seconds and then release;
5. If device boots up, then run command “/system routerboard upgrade”
