CCR1036-8G-2S disconnect everything every 20 mins

Dear All

My router CCR1036 is stopping responses every 20 mins for few seconds then resume to work without and “error” shows from log

Stop Responses Means:
Winbox disconnect
Ping failed
DHCP stop working
etc

Is there any people has same issue?
I need urgent fix, Thanks

yes, please I have same issue I tried all settings include reset configuration etc..

  • model: RB2011UiAS-2HnD, rev. 2
  • firmware type: ar9344
  • I have installed latest (stable) version: 6.46.3
  • I have install firmware / routerboard: 6.46.3

Every 20 - 25 minutes disconneted from wan / drop connection and after 10-15 second all reconnected..

Please help.
