Last week I bought a Cloud Router CCR1036-8G-2S+, It works fine for 2 days and then it starts to rebooting and rebooting…almost 10 times a day it reboots!!
CPU process is only 2%-5%
there’s 5 EOIP Tunnel , one SFP port connected to 10Gig Fiber converter, and that’s all.
I checked FAN speed and i think it’s a little busy (8000RPM), Also temperature is about 41C.
There’s nothing unusual, everything works fine but all of a sudden it reboots!!
is there any bug in this model?
is this a hardware problem?

Get up to date with latest version or latest RC version.
make /system routerboard upgrade.
repeat the problem at least once, create supout.rif file and send it to support@mikrotik.com.
They will fix the crash or will ask for username and password to add some debug stuff for crash data collection.
