CCR1036-8G-2S stop response everything every 20 mins

Dear All

My router CCR1036 is stopping responses every 20 mins for few seconds then resume to work without and “error” shows from log

Stop Responses Means:
Winbox disconnect
Ping failed
DHCP stop working
etc

Is there any people has same issue?
I need urgent fix, Thanks

could you please try tools profile and check if any process has too much of processing power?
are you able to login to the device while it don’t respond - i mean at least console?
