CCR1036 freezes

Now the network is built on the server c core i7 and two 10G links.
Currently raised on the server 13000 QinQ interfaces, DHCP, firewall, nat, OSPF and Shaping. This server pass through 3Gbps Internet.

Raised on the same CCR1036-8g-SFP+
When passes through Mikrotik 500-800 Mbps CPU load of 25-30%, free memory 1G but the web interface, winbox does not answer, but telnet works very slowly.
near 10 minutes forwarding stops working and Mikrotik is not possible to get.
What could be the problem?

What RouterOS version you use? Do you have bridges? how many VLANs per bridge?

no bridges. all vlan and double vlan in port sfp-plus2
