I installed a new side 2 side IPsec vpn. 10 clients connecting a VDI based on VMware on the remote side.
Sometimes the RDP session freezes on 4 clients. The tunnel runs stable without interruptions inside the logs. The IT Person from the remote side mentioned that the issue could depends on the rekeying, but my 1st feeling is that this would affect all connected clients and not only 4 or 5 clients.
Maybe this could be a reason? But I did not found additional informations inside the wiki

Can someone explain the reason for the no-policie issue?
