CCR1036 License and Software ID issue

Hello

we have strange issue on CCR1036 Router

after we rebooted the router a message appears “ROUTER HAS NO SOFTWARE KEY”

the only thing we did is upgrading the router to 6.11 and reboot
but after a day we faced an issue about pppoe so we reboot the router after that, the message appears !

isn’t Routerboard come with an embedded key ?

The strange thing is the Software ID (xxxx-xxxx) it changed randomly on every reboot with new one

what should we do ?

Please we need help to solve this problem

In licenses problem the only way is contact to support mikrotik and wait an answer from they. The user forum can not do anything about it.
