CCR1036 performance questions

We are looking at options to replace our 7204VXR. The CCR1036 looks more than capable of doing what we need. We only have 1 uplink at 1 GB with one BGP peer. There are approximately 72 sub interfaces configured, this is our core router and all traffic comes through it.

My question is, does anyone currently use a CCR as their core router, and does it do a good job?

No one has any performance statistics they are willing to share?

I have a CCR1036-8G-2S+

LACP the sfp+ to a stack 10G switch. 2 x 10Gb links

I have run some testing VM to VM (both on same ESX host via router and on seperate ESX hosts)
My general conclusion is I was unable to push a single TCP stream faster than 1Gb/s, I had trouble pushing UDP faster than 4-5Gb/s

If I started up multiple tcp streams I could push it up to 9-9.8Gb/s

If I remove the CCR from the equation I can push 9-9.5G/s with 1 single TCP stream.

I had to move to 6.10 to get LACP to work.
