CCR1036 working in 48VCC

Are there a way to power on a CCR using 48VCC?

Looks like the CCR uses up to 60W @ 24v. So, get a 3amp (or higher) DC-DC converter to step down to 24v and you’re golden. It may be a good idea to use an inline fuse rated for 3 to 5 amps.
