CCR1072 multicast continuity errors when plugging in both psu`s

Hi,

We have several CCR1072s where we also route multicast over via pim, after increasing bandwidth to 15mbit per stream we are getting random continuity / pixelation errors. Now we traced the problem to one of our CCRs which runs PIM and routes the multicast traffic, so we replaced the device with another (new) ccr1072 we had laying around.
Same problem..

So we temporally placed a CHR router on site to only do the PIM routing and figure out this issue, no problems when multicast traffic goes through the CHR, except when the traffic goes through the CCR problem still remains..
So, by accident one of my engineers forgot to plug in PSU2 and we noticed we didn`t got the continuity errors any more, after we plug in PSU2 the errors immediately started to come back again.
We checked the power sources and they are both clean.

At the moment we are running the CCR with one PSU plugged in so we don`t get any complains during the holidays.

Is this a design flaw in the CCR1072 or a software bug?

Sound very strange. Grounding issue? Bad power supply?

I have a CCR1036 as a PIM router and noticed that for channels with more bandwidth, there are CC errors and image artifacts, pixel issues. Usually when someone turns on a given channel (IGMP Join).

How did your problem end?

Same problem with CCR1009
