CCR1072 - unstable S-RJ-01 module

I have recently upgraded a 1036 to a 1072 at one of my sites and I am using the S-RJ-01 module for many of the connections. It seems like after a power outage some of the modules do not reconnect automatically. I had an issue where the router rebooted and after the reboot I had to physically reseat the modules to get them working again. Is this a known issue that other have run into?

I think the SFP “Auto-Negotiation” fails between the two Devices on Startup.
I never hat this Problem with the Mikrotik S-RJ-01, but with other SFP/SFP+ Modules in the past…

If it’s a Problem…
Solution A:
deactivate Auto-Negotiation and set Speed manually

Solution B:
Script after Reboot…
If SFP-Interface isn’t active 60Seconds after reboot..
The Script can Disable and reactivate the SFP-Interface to force a reconnect..
