I’ve come across an issue with my CCR2004-16G-2S+. Unfortunately, I can’t play around with tests too much since it’s already installed. Yesterday after I reconfigured it, it started to populate hosts, but today it’s blank again. Whenever I try to issue an export command, it blocks the export process. The error message is quite clear. I’ve attempted a factory reset and even added all interfaces to a single bridge, but the error persists: no hosts are being displayed under the bridge section. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem or found a solution?
Here the export fails with the test config
I have a CCR2004-16G-2S+ running v7.13 that also hangs when issuing “/interface bridge host export”. This is interfering with my configuration backup process.
It’s not a configuration issue. We have four CCR2004-16G-2S+ routers on our network. Two of them intermittently are able to export/print the interface bridge host config, and the other two have less hosts connected to them but are very slow to export/print.
On the two where the “/interface/bridge/host print” is simply slow, they have around 200 entries. On the other two, I can’t tell at the moment because of the “action timed out” message I posted above. I’m hoping it runs successfully soon.
In reality I was thinking of the internal configuration database being corrupt, rather than your mistake.
And I realized now that “How many entries are there inside?” could be misunderstood:
I meant how many static entries you added, not how many are present at the moment, including dynamic ones.
There are no static entries configured. An “export”, if it completes without a timeout, is just empty, as expected. Rebooting the router clears the issue for a few minutes, but then it goes back to timing out.
