CR2004-16G-2S+ we have 2 of them in production running around 100 pppoe clients each we get random reboot every 1-3 days. updated to 7.1rc4 issue is same no logs it says ‘rebooted without proper shutdown’
already raised ticket in support but no response from 1 week SUP-65468 multiple supout logs also shared in ticket.
I am having the same issue too, open a ticket with Mikrotik but no response for over a week now. I updated to 7.1rc6 and it reboots multiple times daily, with no change.
i having same issue as well with ccr2004 and rb5009.. once pppoe more than 100 it reboot.
not helpful i see its an issue ROS7 itself raised multiple tickets but no response total waste of Money on Mikrotik for Now..
Upgrade to the latest RC
it will stop rebooting.
My 2004 rebooted just on the bench 
But I have a question: why do you put in production hardware with RC OS ?
CCR2004-16G came with 7.0.3 Stable which had the reboot issue had to upgrade to RC as to other options to go with used RC 4,5,6 all have the reboot issue
Hi, is there a CCR2004-16G-2S+ random reboot issue?
For CCR2004-1G-12S+2XS the reboot issue has been fixed in RouterOS 7.2.
Is that the same for CCR2004-16G-2S+ and CCR2004-16G-2S±PC?

my CCR2004-16G-2S+ just rebooted out of the blue. runnin on 7.13.1
