Hello,
I am trying to use a CCR2004-1G-12S+2XS as my homelab core router, but the network speeds are not quite right.
I have a PPPoe connection 2000/1000Mbps, but speedtest only showing 20-30% of the max upload speed ( https://www.speedtest.net/result/16784188760 )
My setup, and what i tried with:
setup1:
ISP ONT 2.5G → SFP+ - RB4011 -1G ether → 1G ether - CCR2004 - SFP+ → SFP+ - PC (https://www.speedtest.net/result/16784919252 )
setup2:
ISP ONT 2.5G → SFP+ - CCR2004 - SFP+ → SFP+ - PC(https://www.speedtest.net/result/16784188760 )
setup3: This is the default, the upload speed is “acceptable”
ISP ONT 2.5G → SFP+ - RB4011 - 1G ether → 1G ether - PC (https://www.speedtest.net/result/16785538873 )
CPU:
Max 20% on download
Max 10% on upload
With setup1&2 i can copy with max speed between machines, so the cables are good
I tried to downgrade to:
routeros-6.47.8
routeros-6.49.11
routeros-7.9.2
routeros-7.15.3
routeros-7.16rc4 (testing)
but none of them solved the issue.
I’ve read the following, but no luck:

i’ve tried to do without filters, Vlans, and tried on a “bare” system.
Any advice to solve this issue?
