i just received my new fancy CCR2004, but there is a little problem :
You can’t download any image, except long term, which is prior to the factory version (wtf ?)
Same thing on the Mikrotik Downloads page…

I’m curious to know the answer to this as well.
Does the long term image load and run properly?
I guess the build process for arm64 works, but the release process has been enabled just before recent long term release.
Be patient and wait for the next testing and stable releases, I think they will include arm64 builds.
i don’t want to risk to brick my new router since the factory version is not downloadable neither 
The problem is that the router is now available since almost 2 weeks, and in 2 weeks, we should have access to stable or even testing !
Software download website has now been updated to include arm64 builds. My suggestion is: wait for next release if you are not affected by anything that has been fixed/added since 6.46.3. Then wait for confirmations from more adventurous people that updated to 6.46.7 or whatever, that everything went smooth :>
eworm is right, RouterOS with ARM64 support will be released on the web when we have the next RouterOS to release. The release system can’t release an older version.
