Please I recently migrated our clients from CCR1036-8G-2S+ running OSv6 to CCR2116-12G-4S+ running OSv7. We are not able to access the graphs be it for the queues or interfaces after the migration. The page displays an empty background but when you point it to the cpu, ram, and hdd resources it displays their graph.
How can this be rectified I tried so many suggestions in the forum but to no avail. Please your help is greatly appreciated.
a suggestion:
maybe with CCR1036-8G-2S+ having 1.024MB of internal storage using it to graphing queues can be viable without killing flash memory too soon
but
CCR2116-12G-4S+ only have 128MB (eight times less) internal storage please avoid graphing many objects like pppoe interfaces and many customer simple queues, doing this can prematurely kill your internal storage rendering the device useless
currently graphing cannot be moved to external storage
Well, you are right about the storage size but that shouldn’t be a problem for even the queue graphs to populate. Please what are the options to get to know the usage for each and every client configured on the CCR2116-12G-4S+.
