The MikroTik CCR2116 router is experiencing an intermittent issue where all interfaces stop/not working and appear to become disabled. When router hard rest the router restores normal operation. Additionally, accessing the router via the console port and manually enabling the interfaces also resolves the issue. We would appreciate assistance in identifying the root cause and recommending a permanent solution.

Depending on how often this happens, you might want to use a script via scheduler to run daily (say) at 2:00 AM or so to reset the interfaces as a temporary work-around.
I would additionally start a ticket with Mikrotik support.
