CCR2216 BGP FULL ROUTING

Hello everyone, I would like to know if you could explain to me whether this would be normal behavior or a bad configuration of mine.

I have a CCR2216, version 7.16
It doesn’t have Active Hardware Offload, it’s just BGP, fast path is active, all sessions bgp is CPU Affinity configure to alone, input and output.

What I noticed, I have two sessions that are with my upstream. When receiving full IPv6 routing from both operators, everything works perfectly without freezing, commands in the new terminal work immediately. When requesting fullrouting from the first upstream in IPv4, a command for example in the new terminal takes time to respond, until about 15 minutes pass, then the commands return to working normally, requesting fullrouting from the second upstream, in IPv4, the commands in new terminal work right away. From what I understand, it only happens the first time you ask for the entire IPv4 table, when you ask for the second table from another upstream it doesn’t happen..

So my question is the following, I know that the IPv6 route table is much smaller than that of IPv4, but I would just like to know if this problem when receiving routes in IPv4 of basically freezing commands in the new terminal is expected behavior, Since in IPv6 nothing like that happens.
