Central Hotspot Deployment

We want to deploy hotspot centrally where we can manage the login page and clients can roam around, there are like 5 satellite places which will connect to this central RB. My questions are :

  1. how big subnet do i use ? expecting around 1000 dhcp leases, not active clients, as every one person usually have 3-4 devices !

  2. can i connect these satellite points via vlan or eoip ? to central RB

kindly help on what would be best for such situations, as these are free hotspot deployments.
