I am running on RB3011 with the latest Routeros (6.40.4).
I am running two interfaces - one for private stuff and on the other I am running hotspot. There is also some basic simple quees, fail-over and simple “loadbalancing”(work in progress).
The hotspot is set with https:// authentication using a certificate bought from certicate authority for hotspot.xxx.cz; Everything works as it is supposed to. However there is an issue that I can’t acces the website xxx.cz from the hotspot network. I tried disabling the hotspot, disabling every firewall rule and even ip services. What is interesting is that if I put the site into walled garden it works - but after the client logs in - it ceases to function…
I for some reason also can’t load ubnt.com.
Both of those sites work just fine from the private network. What I also find very strange is that both those sites work just fine when I am connected to that hotspot network through an EoIP tunel from home.
I am kinda at loss now and I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any ideas? I am sending my export as an attachment.
