CGN rules & 256 public IP assignemnt on wan interface

I have /30 public IP assigned on my mikrotik WAN interface & one /24 (example 2.2.2.2/24) routed public ip pool for my pppoe users. subscribers number have increased to 500, therefore I am thinking to do 1:2 src-nat using CGN concept for law compliance, I am unable to get more public iP at a moment for some reasons.. I will provide each user with private IP via pppoe, & then use the port base CGN.

I will attempt the scripting & NAT parta, but do I have to add/assign 256 address (from the /24 pool) on my mikrotik WAN interface/ so that mapping can be done on each public IP?
example on mikrotik wan interface:

2.2.2.1/24
2.2.2.2/24
2.2.2.3/24

& so on ?
