cAP ac have 2 ports with PoE in and PoE out. Do I understand correctly that multiple routers can be enabled in a chain via a single PoE injector? If Yes, how much? And how length of the ethernet cable is allow?

Let’s think a bit … declared power consumption of cAP ac is something between 13W and 24W. To be on the safe side, let’s say the consumption is 19W. At 48V that’s just around 400mA.
Another data from linked page is that max PoE out current us 400mA at >30V. So … if you use 48V power adapter rated ad around 1A, and the wires are not too long (every volt counts), it should be possible to construct a chain of 2 units.
If you like to live life full of adrenaline, you can try to add a third one and power them with a 56V PA …
I understand the theoretical part but maybe someone has practical experience.
Perhaps somebody with experience about your wanted setup will stop by. General experience with MT gear is that it is wise to stick to official data, that way the probability of having stable operation is the highest.
Running 2 access points on one cable sounds great, so I tried it and had strange behaviors of 2nd cAP, i.e. lost bridge configuration with ports. This happened, though. So I suggest not to use it.
