Is there any solution for change Mikrotik configuration with dude’s tools ?

Local map----add device using general screen—enter ip address–(maybe dns name = ip address with /24 (subnet)----make sure router os is checked—delete password—enter mikrotik device password.
In device general click tools—scroll to winbox. This should log into the device via winbox.

I meant how can I send some command to Mikrotik without using winbox ? for example I want to change MTU tunnel of about 2000 mikrotiks .
