Changed MTU in 6.2 caused kernel panic / reboot

Changed on port eth12 of CCR1036-12G-4S which did not have ethernet link (was just playing to make sure large MTU wasn’t problem)

I think I changed it to: L2MTU 5000 and MTU 5000 and it took it but it stumbled a bit and traffic flows on all ports dropped for a few seconds. I then changed it back to the default settings and when I hit OK on the dialog box it kernel panic’d and restarted…

Running ROS v6.2 Build Jul/24/2013 16:12:49

Thanks
Scott

You should write to support with that panic and supout.rif file.

As far as i know all CCR ports have shared size of MTU, so if you increase L2MTU on one - maximal L2MTU on others will reduce, so short drops on change i think is normal.
