I am logging into a remote logging server at 10.10.10.10
I noticed that changes to the certificates (adding, updating, or revoking) are not being captured in the logs.
I manually activated certificate topic in the logging settings and then tried adding a new certificate, the log entry generated is incomplete: it does not specify the name of the added certificate, nor does it identify the user who performed the action.
