I recently changed Groove 6db Antenna for a TP-Link TL-ANT2412D 12db one
What should I change on RouterOS to adapt to the new antenna? This is my current config
Set frequency mode regulatory domain and correct antenna gain.
Usually I leave the gain at 0.
Found that sometimes in a noisy environment strange things starts to happen if you change the value.
Question: Does changing the antenna gain yield any improved performance ?
It ensures you fulfil local law regulations. Not setting these values correctly may conclude to the penalties.
Is there any option to set more power to the antenna? i mean, if it has more DB, is there an option that i should change to give more power to it, or is it automatic?

Increase the power has no sense.
The Groove radiates more power, but the client that connect with the groove does not have such a strong antenna.
Two-way communication is not possible. Because the client ability much too low.
