I tried loading up the webproxy test package to cure my 100% cpu issue with 2.9.38 and it seemed to work… although the source address changed to my uplink port. I want the ip address of the system to be different than the uplink port because my traffic is sorted between two uplink providers via policy (source) based routing. I want the traffic to go through my dual t1’s rather than my single. The ip address of the wan port is sourced from the single t1 provider. I have an ip address and network tied to my inside interface that will properly get directed when it hits my upstream router. I tried changing the source address in the proxy config to the inside ip address but it didn’t make a difference. All http traffic was directing out the single t1 I assume because the source address wasn’t changing correctly. Any suggestions? This works correctly with the web proxy package in 2.9.38 only my CPU gets pegged.
