so anyone have any idea about how can i change my router license key from level-4 to 5 , please if there is any link or trusted guide..?
my router is RB951ui.
also how can i enable hotspot on it, there is alot of stuff and video out there but i couldnt find a trusted one..
This help page should give you an idea about the whole process of upgrading license.
Licenses (as I hear) don’t come cheap, you may find out it’d be cheaper for you to purchase a new Routerboard (with license level 5 embedded, RB4011 and RB5009 both do) instead.
Already license level 4 allows creating hotspot (with lower number of users). Again, hotspot help page should give you idea about how to configure it.
If max 200 concurrent connections, provided by Level 4, are not enough for you,
then it means that you haven’t understood that one hAP is certainly not enough for you…

Your better off spinning up a CHR RoS on a virtual machine and getting a CHR license to manage the hotspot users, than using an under-spec’ed(CPU/mem) device for even 50+ simultaneous users !

What would be the point in level 5 on this platform? Single core 650MHz, 64MG Ram.
