Character encoding email subject

Character encoding for email subject is not the same as email body. To use other letters than a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, l, m, n, o, p, q, r, s, t, u, v, w, x, y, z, I have to convert it like this.

Example:

Expected: åäö
Actual: åäö
Unicode Character UTF-8 (chars) UTF-8 (hex)
U+00E5 å Ã¥ c3 a5
U+00E4 ä ä c3 a4
U+00F6 ö ö c3 b6
U+00C5 Å Ã… c3 85
U+00C4 Ä Ã„ c3 84
U+00D6 Ö Ã– c3 96

I also ran into this issue, with the following encoding table I’m able to write email topics in my own language.
